Welcome to Just Cuterie, where we specialize in creating delightful charcuterie and food cart experiences tailored to your unique events. Our mobile catering service is designed to bring the perfect touch to both private and public gatherings. To secure your event with us, an online booking is necessary, along with a full payment outlined in the agreement.
Service Overview
Just Cuterie is a mobile catering service offering customized charcuterie and food cart experiences for private and public events. All services are provided based on individual contracts, which will outline event dates, pricing, menu options, and other specific
Booking and Contracts
All bookings require a signed contract to confirm your event date and details. A non-refundable deposit (amount specified in your individual contract) is required to secure your date. Pricing is determined based on the number of guests, duration of the event, menu selections, and travel distance (if applicable). Final guest counts and event details must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event.
Payment Terms
Payment is taken at the time of your booking.

Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 5 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 3 days before the event are eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the total amount.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
Just Cuterie reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, vehicle malfunction, emergencies). In such cases, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a rescheduled date.
Food Safety & Liability
We adhere to all food safety and health regulations. Just Cuterie is not liable for allergic reactions or illness resulting from consumption of our products. It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance. Once food is delivered or served, Just Cuterie is not responsible for how it is handled or stored.
Setup & Venue Access
We require access to the event location at least 1 hour prior to the start time for setup. The client must ensure the venue is accessible for our mobile cart and that necessary permits or permissions are arranged (if required by the location). Any delays due to restricted access may affect your event’s start time and are not the responsibility of Just Cuterie.
Damages & Clean-Up
The client is responsible for any damages caused to our equipment by guests or third parties during the event. Clean-up of our station is included. Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive mess or damage occurs.
Photos & Social Media
Just Cuterie reserves the right to take photos of the setup and final presentation for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your event shared on social media, please let us know in writing prior to the event.
Changes to Terms
Just Cuterie reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available upon request or on our website.
