Cancellations & Refund Policy

Thank you for booking with us. We're thrilled you've selected Just Cuterie to your next event — we’re so excited to be part of your special moment!

 

Once we receive your order, we will review it and send you a payment link. Your order is not fully confirmed until payment is completed.

Please note: You have 48 hours to complete your payment once the link is sent.

Cancellations made more than 5 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund. 

Cancellations made 3 days before the event are eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the total amount.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Just Cuterie reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, vehicle malfunction, emergencies). In such cases, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a rescheduled date.
